It encompasses a state of health and well-being, where one is capable of performing daily tasks with ease, preventing chronic diseases, and improving overall quality of life. Physical fitness has a direct impact on environmental health by reducing waste, conserving resources, and promoting sustainability through active transportation and outdoor recreation.
