Preschool Education: The formal and informal instruction of young children, typically aged three to five years old, in a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. It is often characterized by play-based learning, hands-on activities, and age-appropriate materials. Preschool Education can include elements of Religious Education, as well as foundational concepts related to Philosophy of Education such as the role of education in society and the teacher-student relationship.
