Pedagogy
Pedagogy encompasses the theories, methods, and practices of teaching and learning in the context of Education. It is the art and science of guiding and facilitating students' intellectual growth, understanding, and skill development, with Kindergarten Education being a specific application of pedagogical principles to early childhood education. Assessment and Evaluation are integral components of Pedagogy, as they provide valuable feedback on students' learning progress and inform adjustments to teaching strategies and curriculum design. Pedagogy is therefore concerned with creating effective, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that foster critical thinking, creativity, and communication in students of all ages and backgrounds.
