Construction Project Management (CPM) is a specialized field of project management dedicated to overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of a construction project from inception to completion. CPM professionals are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while minimizing risks and maximizing value for stakeholders. They work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the overall objectives and goals. CPM requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, equipment, safety regulations, and environmental considerations, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
