Collectible Card Games
Collectible Card Games, often abbreviated as CCGs, are a type of card game that combines elements of strategy, chance, and collectibility. They typically involve two or more players constructing decks from a pool of cards featuring unique characters, abilities, and items, then engaging in battles or challenges to determine the winner. The collectible aspect comes into play as new cards are released over time, allowing players to expand their deck-building options and increase their chances of success. CCGs can be based on a wide variety of themes, from fantasy and science fiction to historical events and popular culture. Popular examples include Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh!. While not directly related to musical instruments or guitar amplifiers, CCGs do share some similarities with collectibles in those categories, such as the desire to acquire rare or valuable items and the potential for their value to increase over time.
