It encompasses the physical movement of goods, from procurement and production to distribution and delivery, and is focused on ensuring efficient and effective execution of logistics operations. This includes tasks such as order fulfillment, inventory management, transportation planning and execution, warehouse management, and reverse logistics. The goal of logistics execution is to optimize the use of resources, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction by delivering the right product, at the right time, in the right place, and in the right condition.
