Public Relations, often abbreviated as PR, is the strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their stakeholders. It involves managing the spread of information between an organization and the public, including customers, investors, employees, and the media. The goal of PR is to maintain a positive image for the company, manage crises, and promote its products or services. Effective PR requires a deep understanding of the business environment, strong writing and speaking skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
