International Trade Law
International Trade Law governs the legal aspects of trade and investment activities that cross national borders. It encompasses a wide range of issues, including but not limited to tariffs, quotas, customs procedures, intellectual property rights, export controls, foreign investment restrictions, and international commercial arbitration. This body of law seeks to establish a legal framework for the conduct of international business, facilitating the free flow of goods and services while also protecting national interests and ensuring compliance with international treaties and agreements. As such, International Trade Law is a critical area of study for businesses engaged in cross-border transactions, as well as for lawyers and policymakers involved in shaping the rules that govern global commerce.
