Surrealist Art: A genre of art characterized by its exploration of the subconscious mind, dreams, and fantastical imagery, often blurring the line between reality and fiction. Surrealist artists employ techniques such as automatism, collage, and unexpected juxtapositions to challenge conventional perceptions and evoke a sense of wonder and disorientation.
