Collage Art
Abstract Art: A non-representational art form characterized by the artist's freedom from the constraints of depicting visual reality, instead exploring color, shape, and line to create compositions that exist independently of recognizable subject matter. Originating in the late 19th century, it has been influenced by various movements including Cubism, Futurism, and Suprematism, as well as Conceptual Art's emphasis on ideas over visual aesthetics. The Dada Movement also played a role with its rejection of logic and reason, leading to the creation of nonsensical and irrational abstract artworks. Abstract Art continues to evolve, encompassing a wide range of styles and techniques that challenge traditional notions of beauty and representation.
