Hellebore
Hellebore is a genus of perennial flowering plants in the family Ranunculaceae, native to Europe and Asia. They are known for their cup-shaped flowers which come in a variety of colors, including white, pink, purple, and green. Hellebores are commonly grown in gardens for their early blooming period in late winter to early spring. The plants prefer partial shade and moist, well-drained soil. Many species of Hellebore are also cultivated for their medicinal properties, although some parts of the plant can be toxic if ingested.
