Health Education K12
Health Education K12 refers to the educational curriculum designed to promote and enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of students in kindergarten through 12th grade. This includes instruction on topics such as nutrition, exercise, mental health, substance abuse prevention, sexual health, and overall healthy lifestyle choices. The goal of Health Education K12 is to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to make informed decisions and adopt healthy behaviors that will benefit them throughout their lives.
