Grievants
Individuals who feel wronged or aggrieved by a particular situation, action, or decision. Grievants often seek redress or resolution for their perceived grievances through formal or informal channels, such as filing complaints, seeking arbitration, or engaging in mediation. Grievants may be employees, customers, students, or any other party who believes they have been treated unfairly or unjustly.
