They play a key role in leading projects within an organization to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality. Green Belts work closely with Black Belts and other team members to analyze data, develop action plans, and monitor progress towards achieving project goals. They are skilled in statistical analysis, project management, and communication, making them valuable assets in driving continuous improvement efforts within their organization.
