Government Of France
The government of France refers to the system of governance and administration in the French Republic. It consists of three branches: the executive branch, led by the President of the Republic; the legislative branch, which is bicameral and includes the National Assembly and the Senate; and the judicial branch, which is independent of the other two branches and ensures the rule of law is upheld. The government is based on the principles of democracy, with elections held regularly to choose representatives at all levels of government. The French government is responsible for making and enforcing laws, managing public finances, conducting foreign relations, and providing public services to the citizens of France.
