Godparents
Godparents are individuals chosen to act as sponsors or mentors for a child during their religious upbringing, typically in Christian traditions such as Catholicism or Anglicanism. They are responsible for providing guidance, support, and spiritual guidance to the child as they grow in their faith. Godparents are often present at important religious milestones in the child's life, such as baptism, confirmation, and first communion. The role of godparents is to serve as a positive influence and role model for the child, helping to nurture their spiritual development and moral values.
