Galateas
Galateas are mythical statues that come to life in Greek mythology. They are often depicted as beautiful women who are brought to life by the gods. The most famous Galatea is the statue created by the sculptor Pygmalion, which was brought to life by Aphrodite. Galateas are often associated with themes of transformation, beauty, and the power of art to bring the inanimate to life.
