Free Diving
Free diving is a form of underwater diving that relies on the diver's ability to hold their breath for extended periods of time, rather than using breathing apparatus such as scuba gear. Free divers typically dive to great depths and can stay underwater for several minutes at a time. This extreme sport requires a high level of physical fitness, breath control, and mental focus. Free diving can be done for recreation, competition, or as a way to explore the underwater world in a more natural and intimate way.
