Effective Listening

Effective Listening involves actively paying attention to a speaker in order to fully understand their message. This includes using verbal and nonverbal cues to show engagement, asking clarifying questions, and providing feedback to demonstrate understanding. Effective listening also requires setting aside personal biases and distractions to focus solely on the speaker's words and emotions.
