Dischargers

Dischargers are individuals or entities that release or emit substances, such as pollutants, waste, or contaminants, into the environment, typically through a discharge point or outlet. This can include industrial dischargers, agricultural dischargers, or municipal dischargers, among others. Dischargers may be subject to regulations and permits governing the amount and type of substances they are allowed to discharge in order to protect environmental and public health.
