Daily Scrum
A Daily Scrum is a short daily meeting in agile software development where team members coordinate their work, share progress, and identify any obstacles that may be impeding their progress. The purpose of the Daily Scrum is to keep the team focused, aligned, and moving forward towards their project goals. The meeting typically takes place at the same time and location each day and is led by a Scrum Master.
