Cocounseling
Cocounseling is a practice in which two individuals take turns acting as counselor and client for each other, with the goal of providing emotional support, insight, and guidance to one another. This mutual exchange of counseling allows both parties to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, work through personal issues, and develop coping strategies. It is based on the belief that everyone has the capacity to help others through active listening, empathy, and nonjudgmental support. Cocounseling can be a valuable tool for personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional healing.
