Christian Sacraments

Christian Sacraments are sacred rituals or ceremonies established by Jesus Christ and practiced by various Christian denominations. These rituals are believed to convey divine grace upon the participants and are considered essential for spiritual growth and salvation. The seven sacraments typically recognized by the Catholic Church are baptism, confirmation, Eucharist, penance, anointing of the sick, holy orders, and matrimony. Other Christian traditions may have variations in the number and types of sacraments they observe. Each sacrament is believed to symbolize and impart a particular aspect of the Christian faith, such as initiation into the Church, forgiveness of sins, or the sanctification of marriage.
