Ceramics Instruction
Ceramics instruction involves teaching individuals the techniques, methods, and skills needed to create pottery, sculpture, and other objects out of clay. This includes instruction on hand-building techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab construction, as well as wheel-throwing techniques. Students learn about different types of clay, glazes, firing processes, and kiln operation.
