Casting Coordinators
Casting coordinators are professionals responsible for assisting in the selection and hiring of actors, models, or other talent for various projects, such as films, television shows, commercials, or theater productions. They work closely with directors, producers, and casting directors to find the perfect individuals to bring characters to life on screen or stage. Casting coordinators often organize auditions, review headshots and resumes, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed for hired talent. They play a crucial role in the casting process and help to ensure that the right people are chosen for each role.
