Bottlenose Dolphin Diet
Bottlenose dolphins primarily feed on a variety of fish, such as mullet, mackerel, and herring. They also consume squid and crustaceans, including shrimp and crabs. Their diet is mainly composed of small to medium-sized marine species found in coastal and offshore waters. Dolphins use echolocation to locate their prey and work together to herd and catch fish.
