Borana language writing system
The Borana language writing system is a unique script used to write the Borana language, an Afro-Asiatic language spoken by the Borana people in Ethiopia and Kenya. The writing system is based on the Ge'ez script and consists of characters that represent consonants and vowels. It is written from left to right and does not use spaces between words. The script is primarily used for religious and ceremonial purposes, as well as for preserving traditional stories and cultural heritage.
