Bighorns
Bighorns are a species of wild sheep characterized by their massive, curved horns that can weigh up to 30 pounds and can reach lengths of over three feet. These impressive horns are present on both males and females, with the males typically having larger, more robust horns. Bighorns are known for their agility and surefootedness, allowing them to navigate steep, rocky terrain with ease. They are primarily found in mountainous regions of North America, where they graze on grasses, herbs, and shrubs. Bighorns are highly social animals, living in herds that can range in size from a few individuals to over 100.
