Baseball Bats

Baseball bats are typically made of wood or metal and are used in the sport of baseball to hit the ball thrown by the pitcher. They are typically cylindrical in shape and vary in length and weight depending on the player's preference. Wood bats are usually made of ash, maple, or birch, while metal bats are often made of aluminum or composite materials. The barrel of the bat is the thick part at the top where the player makes contact with the ball, while the handle is the narrower part that the player grips. The end of the bat is called the knob, which helps prevent the bat from slipping out of the player's hands during a swing.
