Bankruptcy Law
Bankruptcy Law is a legal field that deals with the process by which individuals or businesses who are unable to repay their debts seek relief from some or all of their financial obligations. This area of law governs the procedures for declaring bankruptcy, the types of bankruptcy available, the rights of creditors and debtors, and the distribution of assets to creditors. Bankruptcy law also includes regulations for debt reorganization, liquidation of assets, and the discharge of debts.
