Astronautics
Astronautics refers to the branch of aerospace engineering that deals with the design, construction, and operation of spacecraft and related technology. It encompasses the science, technology, and practice of space travel and exploration beyond Earth's atmosphere, including the study of spacecraft propulsion, navigation, communication, and life support systems. Astronautics also includes the training and selection of astronauts, as well as the planning and execution of space missions for scientific research, commercial purposes, and national defense.
