Assistant Coaches
Assistant coaches are individuals who work alongside the head coach of a sports team to help plan and implement strategies, provide instruction and feedback to athletes, and assist with day-to-day operations of the team. They may specialize in specific aspects of the sport, such as offense, defense, or special teams, and are responsible for helping players improve their skills and reach their full potential. Assistant coaches often have experience playing the sport at a high level and may also be involved in recruiting new players, scouting opponents, and other administrative tasks.
