400M Hurdles Events
Events in which athletes race around a track for a distance of 400 meters while clearing a series of hurdles placed at regular intervals. The hurdles are set at a height of 91.4 cm for men and 76.2 cm for women. Athletes must maintain speed and rhythm while navigating the hurdles in order to complete the race in the fastest time possible.
